On April 4, 2014, Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma`aden) and Intecsa Industrial signed the notice of Award (NOA) for the “Umm Wu`al EPC Project, Infrastructure, Utilities & Off-sites at Ras Al Khair”.
The scope of work of this Contract includes the detailed engineering, procurement and construction of the discharge system of phosphoric acid from the tanker trains, storage tanks, all necessary piping and pumps to transfer the phosphoric acid both to the DAP plant and to the port, ship loading systems, electrical substations, communication systems, utilities, interconnection system to the existing plant.
The Client has the option to include in our scope of work a series of auxiliary buildings.
This project will be carried out at the industrial complex in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia, in the area adjacent to the DAP/NPK Plant we are presently executing for the Client.
The project is due to be completed at the end of July 2016.
